Shopping Day in China

Today we went with our guide shopping. We first got to a classic American Looney Tunes Cartoon Character! Can you guess who??? No pesky hunter was looking for him today!!

Our guide Ike is so wonderful!!! He knows all the good deals and places to go. Jade is so expensive in China, but we were able to get two pendents for a really good deal. We also got a strand of sea water pearls of very good quality. Hopefully when we get home they appraise at a very good price. Higher quality pearls in China are super cheap!

Finally we ended our shopping day going through the Herb Market. The herb market had some very interesting things. Matt and I decided that we would pass on buying any of these things :)  FYI- This is a part of China that we were told pretty much eats anything, animal stomach intestines, all kinds of sea foods, some things we saw on a stick I could never imagine :)
