Six Weeks as a Family!!

Lottie has been with us for six weeks now. Wow how time has flown by!!! Her personality has really started to show through. I would say she is a very happy kiddo, with a little 2 year old spunk in her, like her mamma!!! Matt laughs because she did get the quality of her mama and little patience!! I say thats all two year olds... Time will tell

She is growing developmentally before our eyes!!! She had to be evaluation by the Shelby County DD last Friday and she already has made major improvements from her evaluation at Childrens just a few weeks ago. Her speech is starting to improve, she is now babbling more, and repeating the sounds we make with her.... baba, mama, tata, hi, bye bye (kinda). So she is catching on. I find myself making all sorts of non word sounds with her! I also got some great tips from the Speech Therapist that she is seeing. I think language is going to be moving fast for her too! She so impressed us with some of her new gross motor skills. She is getting better on the stairs and and starting to stoop and bend, so I see jumping in her future. She took off running with me holding her hand the other day!!!!

I really haven't heard anything new from doctors etc... So far we just know that she is a happy healthy baby! Here are some pics to prove her happiness!!! :)
