Okay so I can't believe that I am actually creating my own blog for the first time!! I have only ever followed every other adoptive parent's blog for the past 2 years! Blogging is a very common occurrence in the adoption world. Its a great way to understand the option of adoption. A place for us to post our thoughts, feelings, and progress on our adoption. This will be a great way for you all to follow us on our adventure to our first adopted child!
We have our first home study appointment on December 10th! So I will talk about the home study process at a later day when there is more time in the day! Yeah Right.
The biggest question people want to know is how long will it all take till referral. We are hoping that by this time next year we will have a referral for our child. However we are adopting a waiting child (special needs) child from China and the time frame can be a little unpredictable. So I can explain about that too at a later date!
