A Year and one month since I have updated!!! Wow!! Sorry!

Life has been very crazy over the last year in the Koverman household. I finished going back to school in May for my School Counseling Certificate. Yay!! I have been working on that for quite some time after I finished my Masters. We also finally completed our upstairs. We have not lived up there or even really utilized the space since we moved here in 2004. Matt has been working on the upstairs since we started the adoption process for Lottie, almost 3 years ago. So its so nice to have it complete. I will post pics at the end of the post.   Its beautiful, but has taken up so much time and money. Good news is we will be completely ready for our second cutie pie when we go back to China!! Yes, we plan to start our home study for number two in December of this year.


Miss Lottie has been doing wonderfully!!!!! She had a great second year of preschool and is making leaps and bounds socially and emotionally. There has never been any issues academically. :)  She has that down pat!!! We were very concerned about her social skills and her play skills for quite sometime this school year. However we just realized that these skills work a little slower with Lottie. She will get there...we just had to give her time :)  I am excited to see how she will do for her last year and the Kindergarten readiness program.

We have been having a wonderful summer that is going by way way way too fast!!! We have visited the cottage in Michigan, went to Hocking Hills, and even some camping trips. We still have some summer plans left and I will post to keep you updated. Here are some pics from Christmas till current times!! Enjoy
